By using this high quality, stabilizer-free body butter, the product may soften in warmer climates. When placed in a cool area, the softening will not affect the quality of the product, but the whipped consistency may decrease. You can try to whip the butter when they cooled down to a whipped texture again. If the Butters melt during shipping, we cannot issue refunds.
I will replace any items that are damaged during shipping. If you are unsatisfied with any item please contact me for resolution within 14 days of receipt.
